Kinetikon Pictures started out in the early 90's as a fictional newsreel house of indeterminate ancestry and national origin, and only found material life several years later. We produce films, books, limited edition photographic prints of the solar system and cosmos, and exhibitions. Our latest projects include an exhibition of photographs at the American Museum of Natural History in New York based on our award winning large-format illustrated book Beyond: Visions of the Interplanetary Probes (Harry N Abrams, 2003). We’re also in post-production for the feature length road move More Places Forever, and are preparing a follow-up to Beyond, also for Abrams, tentatively titled Far Out . The award-winning feature documentary film Predictions of Fire was the first project bearing the Kinetikon logo. A DVD of Predictions is pending, and should be released by Mute Records in late 2007 or early 2008"
